  The service at this UPS Store is impeccable. After reviewing the negative comments regarding the Lehi USPS location, I decided to switch all of my shipping business to the Saratoga UPS store. The lines are never long, the staff are friendly and appear to love their jobs, and the service is quick and seemless.

  I use these guys regularly for my business printing.They are prompt, accurate and the quality and pricing are great. I also have a mailbox here and have my packages shipped here as well. They allow me to call in and check my mail over the phone using a secure password.I love these guys!

  Too bad that you can't give negative stars... I called the store to ask if they could accept a pallet of merchandise. The girl that I talked to said it would be no problem and never mentioned that there might be additional charges. When the items arrived, I received a call from the manager to let me know I had an hour to pick up my items before they closed( I was in Draper when he called, over an hour away during rush hour traffic), or he would place the items outside for me to pick up later after they were closed(when no one would be at the store to make sure that my items were not stolen), or he would charge me an additional $20 to hold them overnight. As if the $170.00 that I paid to have the items shipped in the first place wasn't enough. According to UPS, I should have 7 business days to retrieve my items from the hub once delivered. He would not allow me to pick my items up until I paid the $20 additional fee and even threatened to send them back the next day if I didn't pay the fee. This store manager actively participated in an act of fraud and extortion by adding additional costs not agreed to in order to retrieve already paid for items with threat of returning to sender or pay the additional fee's! I will drive to the Tooele Store before I will ever do business with this UPS Franchise again. The attitude and lack of proper customer service from this franchise manager was appalling and down right rude.
