- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incredible, not only should you switch banks, rather, let's consider not using any banks entirely that aren't available for some simple tasks needed to regulate my finances via the internet. Why do we need to pay people to hold our money if we can't even use it. There's only one reason I'm giving this a one star: I can get cash from here. Other than that, the security, investment, and above all the time put into this among other financial institutions is lacking in even sub-par monetary services. It's almost better to cash a check at Walmart and buy a prepay VISA card than be stuck waiting for some "money mathetician" to help organize my taxes.By Nick JC Fryer, August 03, 2017
