    Worst experience ever! I need up having to go back because one of my dependents was not on the original return was charge 160 on top of the original 400 I paid prior. This delayed the return and after waiting 4 months IRS sent a notice saying there was error in processing the amended return. These guys are in competent don't waste your money or time.

    I've been going to H&R block for several years and this one couldn't even get my basic information correct even after is given them nearly all my information. When I called to bring the last bit of my stuff they couldn't find me. They had my birthday, phone number, etc... wrong. I went back and collected all my stuff and will try another branch. Left 2 stars because I generally like them. Not sure what their deal is at this branch.
