- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆He was a nice guy and all, but his appraisal was way off!!! I can not believe how low he appraised my beautiful home. I was confused by the comparable properties because they weren't even close in size and quality to mine. He compared houses that were almost half the size as our home. He miscalculated on the number of rooms and measured it smaller then the last appraiser. I feel like he is trying to bring the market value down. But undervaluing property seems just as dishonest and overvaluing property!By Kristy Bingham, February 08, 2017
